How can a brand change a persistent negative narrative?

In brief

A persistent negative narrative changes when credible evidence changes the interpretation people can reasonably make. A preferred slogan or a larger volume of positive material cannot substitute for that evidence.

Identify the actual conclusion: unreliable service, unaccountable leadership, or an unchanged business. Match the response to the concern using a completed remedy, documented governance change, reliable performance record, or correction of a false premise. Explain the specific evidence and the change it records.

The explanation must connect evidence to the concern without claiming more than it proves. Independent sources can add scrutiny and context; owned pages maintain current facts. Repeated observations show whether people encounter the fuller account. If the underlying issue remains unresolved, communication can improve clarity but cannot truthfully present recovery as complete.
