How does accessibility improve a reputation source?
In brief
Accessibility affects whether people can reach and understand published evidence. A source that is technically public can still be difficult to use.
Review meaningful headings, readable text, descriptive links, clear definitions, and navigation that does not depend only on visual cues. Essential information contained in images or video needs an appropriate text alternative. Structure should help readers locate the answer rather than decorate the page.
Content and implementation must work together. A clear paragraph cannot compensate for an unusable control, and an accessible template cannot make unexplained jargon understandable. Automated checks identify some issues but do not establish that the explanation works for its audience.
The goal is information people can examine and verify. A usable text account also reduces dependence on a presentation or recording while retaining the evidence and context that make the source valuable.
