How can useful press coverage keep helping people after the launch week?

In brief

Connect useful coverage with the questions it answers and the underlying work it discusses. Keep its publisher, date and editorial independence visible rather than treating a favorable headline as a general certificate of quality.

Read the actual article before promoting it. Identify what it establishes, which product or entity it concerns and which claims belong to quoted company representatives. A feature can introduce the business well while offering little evidence for a specific capability. Paid and independent coverage also need to remain distinguishable in a coverage collection.

Link the article from the relevant biography, project, research or company resource with a short accurate description. Share it with the audiences for whom the substance matters, and supply the original study, demonstration or current factual reference when someone wants to go deeper. A genuine new finding can justify follow-up reporting; asking for repeated favorable summaries adds little information.

Maintain the reference as circumstances change. Check broken links, licensing arrangements and whether the surrounding company description still fits. Where the original has a material factual error, use the publisher’s correction route. Keep the historical article’s date visible instead of presenting old recognition or an old offer as current.
