How can a company tell whether an old crisis still shapes search and AI answers?

In brief

Recovery means the organization's conduct and public information support a more credible account of what happened and what changed. Declining headlines alone do not establish restored trust.

A recovery review distinguishes the original event, remedy, and research experience. It checks whether current sources explain the outcome, old descriptions imply an active problem, and affected people can verify progress. A favorable AI answer is weak evidence if another important query still misstates the facts.

Stakeholder feedback adds a separate test. Compare the information customers encounter with their actual service experience, and compare relationship improvements with the timing of digital updates. Report what improved, for whom, over what period, and which concerns remain across both sets of findings.
