How can a brand address false claims about its capabilities in an AI comparison?

In brief

A false capability claim should be corrected with evidence about the particular requirement, offering, and period involved. The objective is an accurate comparison, not a claim that the brand is suitable for every buyer. A real product limit should remain visible even when it makes the brand less competitive for one need.

A useful competitive comparison checks equivalent offerings. Verify the product version, service tier, market, and provider behind each claim. Use documentation, verified availability information, and relevant examples to explain what the brand supplies and under which conditions.

Answer the distinction directly. Submit evidence-backed corrections to external comparison pages that contain unsupported statements, and add specific detail to unclear company descriptions. State whether a capability is included as standard, supplied through a partner, or available through an optional module. Subsequent assessment checks the accuracy of both the claim and the recommendation reason, including whether the explanation sets correct buyer expectations.
